Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

At The Theta Store, we do not offer refunds on any products. However, we do allow exchanges for clothing items due to size issues, subject to the terms below.


Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only)

  • You may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are only accepted for clothing items and only for size-related issues.

  • To be eligible for an exchange:

    • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at thethetastore@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include your order number and details of the size issue.

If your exchange is accepted:

  • We’ll send you instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship out the correct size (subject to availability).

Note: Items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.


Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products that are worn, damaged, or not in original condition

  • Any request made after 2 days from delivery


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at thethetastore@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll review the issue and assist you accordingly.
